Blood Thinning Foods

Due to sedentary jobs or inactive lifestyles or increase in Vitamin K in your blood, your blood becomes dense and thick. Dense and thick blood cannot flow smoothly in your blood vessels or arteries. Rate of blood clotting and clogging becomes high; thus your organs do not get sufficient supply of blood without which you can suffer from major health problems such as hypertension, diabetes, stroke, heart failure etc. Therefore you need to keep your blood thin. Given below, are a few blood thinning foods, which will help to thin your blood.

Most of the spices are very effective blood thinner. Garlic, ginger, turmeric etc. can be kept at the top list. Garlic is rich in antioxidants such as allicin, selenium etc. These antioxidants are so powerful that they can fight and kill even cancer cells. Garlic builds your immune system and keeps your blood flow smooth in your blood vessels and arteries. This happens because garlic thins your blood and do not let the blood clot or get dense.
