Bread Pizza – Healthy and Tasty Snack For Your Family

In this rainy season, your kids often demand something different and tasty as snack.There are many options inside your kitchen to soothe their taste buds. When making snacks for kids, health should be the main consideration. Yet it should be something tastywhich they can eat with joy. It is not easy to give them something which they relish as well as which is beneficial for their fitness. Kids love to eat pizzas.

But pizzas available in market can not guarantee the fitness. Here, we tell you, how to make tasty bread pizzas at home. It is very simple and easy to make at home and best for health due to its healthy ingredients.

Servings – 4

Preparation time – 20 minutes

Cooking time -15 minutes.

First of all, note down these ingredients –

  1. fresh bread slices – 8
  2. curd – 1 small bowl
  3. semolina / suji/ rawa – 8 tablespoons
  4. capsicum – freshly chopped in to small pieces ( half bowl)
  5. cabbage – chopped in small pieces ( half bowl)
  6. green chilies – finely chopped
  7. ginger – grated ( half teaspoon)
  8. turmeric – half teaspoon
  9. chilly powder – half teaspoon
  10. salt – as per your taste
  11. black pepper – ¼ teaspoon
  12. refined oil – 4 tablespoons
  13. coriander powder/ fresh coriander leaves – any one or both as per taste.

How to Prepare ?

Take a big bowl and add semolina, curd, chopped capsicum, cabbage,

Salt, pepper, turmeric, coriander powder, green chilies, grated ginger in to. Mix all

ingredients well and leave it aside for few minutes.

How to Cook?

Heat the ladle and spread one tablespoon of oil on it .then take fresh slice of bread,

And apply the mixture of the bowl on one side of bread with care. Note that only 1 to 2 tablespoon of mixture should be applied per piece of bread. Then place the bread from that side on the ladle. Leave it to cook on low flame for 1 minute, once it turns golden

Bake it on the other side too. Similarly bake all the breads. Serve the delicious bread pizzas with tomato sauce or green chilly sauce.

This recipe takes less time to cook and its very healthy and easy to digest. Because of semolina and curd, it becomes best option for you, if you want to give your kids a healthy pizza treat.
