Chicken 65 is a spicy chicken dish famous in the southern part of India. This luscious and nutritious item is cooked using boneless chicken. You can use it as a snack or as one of the dishes on your dinner-table.

boneless chicken 1 kg
chili powder 1 teaspoon
black pepper ½ teaspoon
egg whites of 2 eggs
corn flour 2 tablespoon
wheat flour 2 tablespoon
butter milk 1 one cup
ginger paste 1 tablespoon
garlic paste 1 tablespoon
lemon juice 1 tablespoons
First, clean the boneless chicken and slice it into small pieces to make it ready for frying. Then you need to make a mixture of chili powder, black pepper and salt which should be added to the chicken. Make sure that chicken gets blended with the mixture and keep it aside for half an hour.
After half an hour, take the same chicken pieces and mix it with corn flour, egg whites and wheat flour by putting them in a large bowl. Now, take a pan apt to fry the chicken and heat vegetable oil until it gets hot enough to deep fry the chicken pieces.
You have to fry the chicken pieces until they get slightly browned. Cook three or four chicken pieces at a time to make sure that all pieces are well fried. It’s better to keep a medium-high heat while you fry them. Now reserve the fried chicken pieces.
Next, clean the pan and add two tablespoons oil to fry garlic and ginger pastes. You have to fry them until they get browned. Then take food coloring, butter milk, and required salt and add them to pan keeping the heat in a medium level. After some time you need to increase the heat to boil the buttermilk mixture.
When the mixture starts boiling, add the reserve fried chicken pieces into it. Keep stirring it, increasing the heat, until the liquid in the pan get reduced. Then turn out the flame and add the lemon juice which makes a chicken 65 perfect. Now you can serve your hot chicken 65 with Rice or Chapati.
