Our body structure consists of muscles, bones and delicate organs like brain, kidney and kidneys. We should take healthy and nutritious diet to keep those parts of the body functioning properly. Obesity is verycommon problem these days among children and the adults. We should avoid junk foods and soft drinks to stay fit. You should eat diet fullof vitamins, minerals, protein and fibers to stay fit and healthy.

Below are the some important diet tips.

You should always eat your meal after gap of 3 to 4 hours. You should take your meal in small quantities.You should avoid excessive eating. You should include green leafy vegetables, fruits and grains in your diet.You should consume at least 8 glasses of water per day. When you drink more water, then you eat less as well.You should always change your food and diet according to your age aswell.

A child needs more proteins and vitamins. Milk products are good for the growth of small children. Adults should not consume much fatty foods. Milk is a complete food and is even good for adults a well.You should always eat according to your body size. You can make a diet chart as well. You should eat salads. You should always eat food whenever you feel hungry. Food acts as a fuel for the body.You should not eat too much snacks especially at night  time. You shouldnot eat chips and cookies in excess.

You should include protein in every meal of the day. Eggs, milk, soya bean and fish are good source protein.You should eat slowly, as it makes you eat less. You should add the spices you like in your foods, as it will satisfy your hunger.You should have frozen vegetables, canned diced tomatoes, canned beans, whole grains included in your diet. These things are fast to cook.You should always eat seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Fruit like melon,watermelon and mangoes are seasonal fruits.You should be active physically. You should exercise regularly.You should try to eat boiled foods instead of fried foods. You shouldtry to drink fresh fruit juices instead of cold drinks.
