In order to improve the shape of your face you need to lose overall body weight. It is slightly difficult to lose face fat as compared to lose weight from the other parts the body. Face muscles are connected with your skin directly. You face is fatty in the teen age but the face will lose fat as you will grow old. Teenage face fat is due to baby fat present on your face. Face exercises helps in reducing wrinkles as well. You can improve the shape of your face by doing different exercises of face and neck. Given below are some good exercises to improve shape of the face

You should massage your skin with good and healthy massage creams. You should massage your face with hands. Your skin will absorb the massage cream. You should massage your forehead with your finger tips upwards and sideward’s. Then, you can massage in circular motion. You should massage your jaw-line from chin to outside with both hands. You should massage in circular motion on the fatty area of face. You should always exercise from down to up toward your eyes. It helps to make face smooth and firm.

With the help of your fingers pull your eyes down and raise your eyebrows toward your forehead. Repeat this process 16 to 18 times. In order to improve your lips shape and neck muscles, tilt your head back toward ceiling and close your eyes. Put your lower lip on your upper lip and stretch for few seconds. It helps to tone up your lips and chin muscles.

Open your mouth as wide as you can. Repeat it for 10 times. This will keep your jaws in shape. Breathe deep and collect air in your mouth. Stay there for few seconds. This will help to increase your blood circulation and tone up your cheek muscles.

Laughter is a good exercise for you face. It also helps to reduce tension and stress. When facial is done by some expert, you will get very good results. Some models and actors change the shape of the face with the help of cosmetic surgery but it is very costly and sometimes harmful.
