Cabbage Soup Diet
Cabbage soup diet is ideal for losing weight. It is a seven day diet Plan that helps you to reduce weight by 10 to 15 pounds. Cabbage soup is a low calorie soup that helps you to reduce weight in seven days and hence is a fast weight loss program. Cabbage soup is made with cabbage, green onion, tomatoes, mixed vegetables juices, bouillon etc. each of the seven days have specific food pattern and here is the seven day cabbage soup diet program.
Take any fruit except banana and drink black coffee, unsweetened tea, cranberry juice or water. You can take as much as soup as you can.
On second day you can take vegetables in fresh, cooked or raw form but take care to avoid dry beans, sweet corn and peas. For your dinner you can have a baked potato mixed with butter. You need to avoid fruits on this day.
Day three can be a combination of day one and two but you have to avoid baked potatoes on this day. Take enough fruits, vegetables and cabbage soup on third day.
You can eat up to eight bananas on fourth day along with as much as skimmed milk. This may help you to quench your desire for sweet. Also take cabbage soup.
Fifth day can be with 300 to 500 grams of beef and six fresh tomatoes. If you don’t like beef then take broiled chicken or fish. Take cabbage soup at least once on this day. Drink plenty of water on this day to get rid of the uric acid from the body.
Sixth day can be with 2 or 3 steaks of beef and fresh vegetables except potato. Take the cabbage soup at least once on this day.
On this last day of your diet program you can eat brown rice, vegetables and unsweetened fruit juices. Take your soup also.
During this diet program you have to avoid alcohol, bread, carbonated beverages including diet soda.
