Food Therapy For A Healthy Heart
Most often we try to prevent the symptoms of a disease rather than preventing its cause. So is the case with heart diseases. It is found that 20 – 40% of people in the age group of 30 – 45 years have coronary heart blocks. Heart block formation may begin at a young age itself. Most of them are unaware of this situation because of absence of external symptoms.
Food Therapy
Heart patients can now undergo food therapy wherein they can gain complete control over their health. Low fat diets and medicines to regulate cholesterol levels can control heart diseases to an extent of 90% without undergoing angioplasty and bypass surgery. They need to regularly exercise and decrease body weight. This therapy will help to reverse the heart problems to a great extent.
