Breakfast is the most important meal of your day, studies reveals that people following good breakfast habits are more active and responsive in their work field. Whatever may be your work responsibility, skipping your breakfast is not a good thing to do. A healthy breakfast decides your performance for whole of the day. You can subtract anything from your other meals but breakfast is must.

It is believed by many of us that skipping of breakfast is fruitful for weight loss which is entirely not the correct. The real side of the story is that by skipping breakfast you tend to depend on the other meal of the day. Till the time of lunch you might feel so starved that you may eat more unhealthy food which in turn makes your efforts in to waste. So it is better to eat healthy and small meals.

Eating breakfast make you feel fit and fuelled for the entire day, if you are not a breakfast person you can take some smaller meals like fruits, nuts, hard boiled eggs and salads. This is the best way to keep you healthy and well in shape. A healthy breakfast is a combination of proteins and fibres. Eggs, beans, sprouts, and dairy products are good source of protein. Fruits, vegetables and whole grains are best to consume for fibre diet. You may go for low fat milk and low fat meat if you are calorie conscious.

Skipping breakfast is a common notion among youngsters who likes to eat junk food and unhealthy colas and wafers all the time. There are lots of ways to make your boring breakfast as an interesting one. You can replace the bread, eggs, fruits and juices with tangy sprouts, egg sandwiches, fruit crèmes, and shakes. Keep on experimenting to provide a new taste and look to the usual breakfast. With so many healthy and tasty options nobody can miss breakfast.

Breakfast is the first step to kick up your good day; one should not miss it. A healthy breakfast helps you to maintain a beautiful, healthy body and mind. So don’t skip your breakfast ever and feel the difference for whole of the day.
