Healthy Bread Made With 5 Nutritious Whole grains
Bread is an important part of our daily cuisine. It complements our diet and acts as a base for many types of cuisines. Generally bread is made with one type of wholegrain flour.
In many civilizations, the basic difference in breads rises from the ingredient used in these. Here I am discussing a recipe with you. This recipe is simple and has been made healthy by incorporating healthy ingredient tactfully into it.
This recipe is hard core health recipe as it contains 5 basic types of whole grains in it. Made easily with simple ingredients of your kitchen, this bread is surely going to be a hit among all fitness conscious people like you. It can be eaten with curd, sauce and any type of vegetables, if it suits you.

Ingredients of this recipe-
You need these whole grains in quantity of 50 gms each. These whole grains are wheat, millet, rice, maize and black gram. You also need some baking soda, salt (as per your taste) and some refined oil. add some curd and some chilly sauce as per your taste.
How to make this recipe –
Make a fine flour of these whole grains by grinding these in a mixer grinder. Now make good dough from this flour by adding salt, baking soda and some refined oil for greasing.
Keep it aside for one hour. Then make pancake like rolls from it. And cook on ladle at optimum flame. Make sure that it is properly cooked from both sides. Now, similarly make rolls from the remaining dough. Cut these pancakes into triangular shapes and serve with sauce of green chilly and curd.

You can add zing to this bread by serving sauce and curd with it. It will fulfill all your nutrition requirements and give you great taste too.
