Healthy Sweet Dish: Enriched With Milk, Fruits And Nuts

Healthy eating facilitates healthy body and mind. It is very important that we make healthy cuisine and follow healthy eating habits. Here, I am giving you an easy recipe of milk, fruits and nuts. You can make this easily at home and benefit from its nutrients. The simplicity and taste of this sweet recipe will surely delight your taste buds.

Stuff you need for this recipe:

You need half liter of milk, 100 gm of good quality rice, 50 gm of sugar, some saffron, dry fruits like almond, cashew, coconut ( in a grated mixture of 50 gm), some cardamom and vanilla essence.

Recipe:

First of all, soak rice overnight and later make a fine paste of it. Now boil milk and let it simmer on low flame. Now add rice paste and cook it well. Keep stirring it occasionally. Make sure, you are using a double coated vessel for making this dish which can stand by high and low flame. When it is cooked, add grated dry fruit mixture.

Then mix cardamom powder into it. Mix it well till the flavors settle down. Let it simmer on low flame for 10 minutes and keep the vessel open. Now, take it off the flame. Allow it to cool and now your sweet dish is ready.

Serving tip:

Garnish this sweet dish with some grated dry fruits and some saffron while serving. Serve this dish in glass bowls to make it look more attractive. you can eat this dessert when it warm and fresh or you can enjoy it by keeping in refrigerator for some time.
