Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Even if you skip your lunch it won’t matter if you have a heavy and low fat breakfast. Breakfast must be full of protein and less of fat.
The main idea of having a high protein breakfast in the morning is to get enough protein which will keep you boosted for the day. Protein is also very easy top digest and these proteins are broken down in to amino acids which keeps the body hydrated and also repairs any kind of damaged cells and tissues. The protein that you have in the morning helps a lot in building strong muscles. This is the reason why most of the athletes always have a high protein breakfast and never a very full fat breakfast.

There are many sources of protein which you can have in the morning. When it comes to protein the first thing that comes to our mind is egg. Egg whites are full of protein but the egg yolk has good amount of fat. Therefore if you are having an egg, whether boiled or half poached, make sure you don’t eat the yolk and have the whiter part.

But egg as a whole is a very rich source of protein and fat. These proteins and fats give you energy and keep your body healthy and active. Next is the cereal. Cereals are the healthiest of all the foods and contains good amount of protien

You all must be having some kind of cereal in the morning, but do you know that cereals are very rich in protein. They have lots of grains, fibers and protein. This is seriously a very healthy combination and the most ideal breakfast for you. But make sure that you don’t have the cereals with full fat milk.

Preferably have it with either double toned milk or soya milk, in which case all the food value will remain. Another very healthy breakfast which you can try to start your day is oatmeal. They are the healthiest of all the protein foods because they contain carbohydrate, and fibers. You can also have chicken stew or boiled chicken salad for your breakfast. This is pretty filling and tasty also. Try and avoid red meat in the morning since they are full of cholesterol and fats.

Protein rich breakfast helps to build strong muscles and as they break the proteins in to amino acids it also keeps the body hydrated and repairs any damaged tissue and cells. Many researches has shown that if you include a protein breakfast everyday then you can spend a very healthy day all through.

Having a high protein breakfast helps in building strong cartilage. The main reason why you should definitely have protein rich breakfast is because protein cannot be stored in the body and therefore when there is a lack of protein in the body you feel weak and ill. Therefore make sure that you have proteins every morning so that the body van get enough protein to keep the work going.
