Biscuits 1 packet
Butter ¼ cup
Sugar 8 tablespoon
Cream Cheese 250 g
Yogurt (fresh) 125 g
Pineapple Jelly Powder 1 packet
powdered Sugar 1 cup
Whipped Cream ½ cup
Water 1 cup
The important part of making a pineapple cheese cake is to prepare the main ingredients suitable for the snack. In order to do that, you need to crush the biscuits finely putting in a clean dried bowl. Then, peel the pineapple properly and slice it into thin pieces. Wash them with fresh water and reserve with the other ingredients.
After that, take the bowl in which you kept the crushed biscuits and add four tablespoon sugar to it. Then, melt the butter in a heated pan and pour it into the bowl. You have to blend the mixture well and make sure that the sugar is well mixed in it. After that, transfer it to a springform pan and keep it in the refrigerator.
Now, you can take a deep bottomed skillet and heat it adding one cup water to it. Add the sliced pineapple to the skillet and boil it for some time. Then, add the remaining sugar to the skillet and blend well. Once it is done, you can turn of the flame and put them aside in a bowl removing the remaining water.
After that, heat another cup of water and, when the water is boiled, add the jelly powder to it and stir. You have to beat it well after turning off the flame and make sure that a fine pineapple jelly is prepared. In the next step, you have to prepare a cream mixture using some of the ingredients. For that, take a medium sized bowl and add the cream cheese to it. Then, add the yogurt and powdered sugar to the bowl and blend well.
You can a make a proper cream by beating these ingredients properly. Now, you can take the biscuit mixture from the refrigerator and spread the pineapple jelly over it. You can use a round bottomed spoon to spread it finely. Then, pour the cream mixture over the pineapple jelly making a layer over it.
After that, you have to keep it in the refrigerator again for at least one hour. When it is done, you can take the boiled pineapple pieces and sprinkle them over the frozen cake. Now, you can take it out from the pan with our destroying the shape and place in a serving plate. Your Pineapple Cheesecake is now ready to be served.
