As you stir the mixture, simultaneously, you can get a washed bowl and beat the egg in it. After that, put the brown sugar in it and blend until both are well mixed. After that you can reserve it and continue stirring the rice mixture. Once the rice is cooked well or it becomes tender, you can pour the egg mixture to it. Now, you need to quickly stir this mixture two or three times to make sure that the egg mixture gets blended with the rice mixture (the way of adding egg mixture to the pan is spoon by spoon).

Now, you need to keep the flame at the minimum level and stir continuously. If the mixture gets thickened, you can stop stirring.
