Chicken ¾ kg
Mushrooms 1 cup
Garlic 2 teaspoon
Red Bell Pepper 1
pounds Ground Chicken 2
Fresh Bread Crumbs ½ cup
Old Bay Seasoning 1 tablespoon
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
In the first stage, to prepare the main ingredients, you can chop the mushroom into appropriate pieces. Wash and cut the chicken into small pieces. Put those pieces in a pressure cooker along with a pinch of salt and water. Cook it for some time and, when it is half cooked, transfer it to a bowl. After that, mince garlic finely and, then, cut the red bell pepper thinly. Then, chop the carrots and tomatoes into small pieces. Keep all these ingredients aside.
Now, heat a pan adding enough vegetable oil to it. Keep the heat at a medium level and, when oil gets ready for frying, add chopped onion and minced garlic to it. Stir both ingredients and fry them until they get a golden yellow color. After that, add mushroom pieces, carrots and bell pepper to the pan. Sir well and, then, add tomatoes to the vegetables mixture. When this mixture is half fried, turn off the flame and keep it aside allowing it to cool.
When you see the mixture is cool, transfer it to a large bowl and add the chicken pieces to it. Now, you have to mix the chicken with vegetable mixture finely. Then, add egg, seasonings and bread crumbs to it and blend it well. After that, you need to prepare patties using this mixture.
When all patties are made, arrange a grill with little oil greased on it. Keep heat in a medium level and, after some time, arrange the patties on the grill properly. Make sure that you are cooking each side of them at least for six minutes. When all the patties are cooked, transfer them to a plate. After that, you can roast the buns and arrange the patties inside them. Your chicken burger is now ready to be served. Sprinkle some sliced onion over them and serve.
