Broasted chicken is an American chicken dish popular for its remarkable taste. Most of the royal dinners in America will not be ideal without this dish. Broasted chicken is widely considered to be one of the fine chicken entrees which can be preferred in non vegetarian dinners. Usually, it is prepared deep frying marinated chicken along with flour mixture.
Though there are some different methods to prepare the Broasted chicken, it is not a difficult task to cook this dish. Chicken 1 kg
Gram Flour 1 cup
Flour (Maida) 1 cup
Salt 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper 1 teaspoon
Red Chili Powder 1 teaspoon
Lemon Juice 2 tablespoon
Vegetable Oil (for deep-frying)
Coriander leaves (chopped)

First, you can wash the chicken properly and cut it into medium to large sized pieces (or you can cut the chicken into eight fine pieces). Put the chicken pieces in a large bowl and add lemon juice along with one table spoon slat to it. Blend them well, and coat the chicken pieces with the lemon-salt mixture by rubbing on them.
When the chicken pieces are well coated, cover the bowl and keep it in a refrigerator to marinate the meat. Either you can keep them in the fridge for at least five hours or overnight. After that, take another bowl and add gram flour, Maida, red chili powder, and black pepper to it. Make a fine mixture by blending all these ingredients.
Now, you need small plastic bags to blend the marinated chicken pieces with the flour mixture (you can buy those sorts of bags from market). Take four ounces flour mixture and arrange in each plastic bag. Place one chicken piece in each bag and shake them well (The chicken pieces get coated with the flour by shaking the bags)
After all the chicken pieces coated with the flour mixture, take them and arrange on the baking sheets in a single layer adding enough oil. Then, keep those sheets in an electric deep fryer and cook them in a high heat. Remember, you have to deep fry the chicken pieces. When the chicken pieces get a golden brown color, take them out and keep them on absorbent papers.
You can cook all the chicken pieces in the same manner, and dry them keeping on absorbent papers. After that, transfer them to a serving plate and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and sliced lemon pieces. Your broasted chicken is ready to be served now. Serve it hot with steamed rice or noodles.
