Low carb diet a is a 28 days diet plan that helps to reduce weight quickly. During low carb diet you can take three low carb meals along with three low carb snacks. Low carb diet includes two phases each of 14 days period. First phase allows 30 gram of carbohydrate per day and the second phase allows 55 gram carbohydrate each day.
Low carb Diet Menu
Have your breakfast with ¼ cup of cereals with blueberries.
Snack with one ounce roast turkey wrapped with carrot sticks or celery.
Lunch can be with a salad made out of four cups of dark green vegetables, 4 ounce cooked chicken meat, half avocado along with vinaigrette dressing.
Snack with ¼ cup of whole almonds.
For dinner use 5 ounce of grilled steak, one cup cooked green beans and one cup mushroom cooked with pepper, herbs and wine.
