Mouthwatering Grilled Fish Recipe

Grilled fish is very tasty and nutritious thing. Very little spice and oil is used in this preparation. That is why it creates no pressure on your digestive system. As it is easy to digest it can be given even to those people who have just recovered from diseases.

Because of its low calorie quality it is one of the favorite preparations of overweight people, trying to shred off their extra pounds through dieting.
Ingredients:
•   6 Bekti fillet
•    Lemon
•    Garlic
•    Ginger
•    Onion
•    Olive oil
•    Basil leaves
•    Parsley
•    Salt
•    Black pepper powder

Preparation:
Now wash fillet and prick them with fork. Rub salt on them. Grind garlic, ginger and one small onion and extract the juice only. Add 1 teaspoon black pepper powder and lemon juice with the mixture. Mince 2-3 basil leaves and mix it with the marinade. Marinate the fillet in it overnight.

Keep them in refrigerator overnight. Next day, an hour or two before cooking brush olive oil over the fish and keep them again inside the refrigerator. Preheat the oven and grill the fish till it gets soft and brown color comes over the body.

Serve them hot with salad.  To make the salad, boil potato and carrot in salty water till they get tender. Blanch florets of broccoli. Make slice of potato and carrot. Serve them with slice of potato, carrot and broccoli. Sprinkle salt over them.

You can also use fillet of other fishes too such as tilapia, halibut etc. to make this preparation. Again to prepare the marinade you can also use cinnamon, cardamom and nutmeg powder along with garlic, ginger and onion paste. Instead of lemon juice you can also use yogurt.

If you do not have oven you can also make the preparation on an open flame. Place a non-stick pan over the flame and heat very little amount of oil in it. Allow 2-3 minutes for each side to remain on the heated pan. If the filet is very thick allow it more time to get grilled.

Enjoy this wonderfully light and flavorful preparation according with grilled onion. If you can make all the preparation in previous day it will take hardly 10 minutes to cook and will be completely ready in 50 minutes.
