Ingredients

Cake Flour 2 ¼ cups
Process Cocoa ¼ cup
Sugar ¾ cup
Egg 3
Sugar (powdered )1 teaspoon
Vanilla 2 teaspoon
Baking Soda ¾ teaspoon
Yogurt (low fat) 8 Ounces
Margarine ¼ cup
Salt ¼ teaspoon
Prune Puree ¼ cup

Method

First, take the eggs and separate the egg whites into a plate. After that, take some cooking spray and add to a loaf pan. When the pan gets greased finely, sprinkle one teaspoon flour in it and keep it aside.

Now, take a clean bowl and make a mixture of prune puree and margarine in it. Add one teaspoon sugar and blend it well. When these three ingredients are mixed well, add the egg whites and blend it finely (you need to beat the mixture continuously for at least one minute to blend it well). When you see a fine mixture is made, you can add vanilla to it and blend it again.

After that, take another bowl and add cake flour, baking soda and cocoa to it. After mixing these ingredients well, you can add needed salt to it. Keep it aside for a while, and add to the mixture you previously made. Blend them well and add eight ounce yogurt to it. You need to mix it again finely.

Now take the loaf pan and grease it with some oil. Heat it at 350 degree F and, when it is hot enough, pour the mixture into it properly. In the same heat, bake it at least for 50 minutes. After that, take it out and let it cool. Your Chocolate Pound Cake is now ready to be served.
