Prepare Healthy Pasta At Your Home

It is all about eating healthy, and you can easily do that by preparing a mouth-watering dish using the limited material that you have in hand. Cooking up a healthy pasta recipe is the easiest thing that you can possibly do at the comfort of your own home. Involve your family and prepare the most convenient pasta in very less time.
The ingredients:
Select your choice of pasta; choose your choice of vegetables ranging from capsicums, carrots, cauliflower, spring onions and French beans. You can put in as much of vegetable depending on you and your family’s likings. Olive oil, low-fat cheese and some healthy sauce depending on how you want to have your pasta.
Use hot and sour sauce if you are game for a tangy, spicy taste or else simply try the barbecue sauce to get a tasty feel. Use chicken or mutton according to requirement or simply eat the pasta the vegetarian way.
Preparation:
Wash the vegetables thoroughly and then cut them in small cubes. Wash the meat or chicken and keep it to marinate in cornflower for sometime. Put the vegetables to boil and in the mean time slice the meat into small cubes. When you are ready and the boiling is done.
Put a pan on the gas and add olive oil according to requirement. You can generally add 4 big spoons of oil. Let it heat up, slowly pour in the vegetables and add the pasta once the vegetables are turning brownish. Low fry the ingredients and add the meat from top. Add salt and chili according to your taste.
Garnish:
When you are, done just pour the pasta into dishes and garnish with cheese sprinkles on the top. Use spring onion and mint leaves according to your taste buds. Just sprinkle pepper and serve.
