Recipe For Creamy Pasta
Pasta with mushroom sauce or simply creamy pasta is a very famous Italian dish that almost every alive human has tasted but only few know the recipe to this mouth watering treat. For the ingredients, you obviously require a pack of penne pasta about 90 g. for the sauce, you would need some olive oil about 10 ml, garlic about 15 g, porcini mushrooms (dry ones) about 20 g, 30 ml of brandy, 30 ml double cream, butter as well about 10 g, extra virgin olive oil of quantity 15 ml, parmigiano reggiano cheese about 15 g and finally some mushroom stock of 100 ml.
collect the various ingredients in different fine and clean bowls. For garnishing which is quite optional unless you have guests over, you need the 2 parmigiano reggiano cheese flakes, 1 flat leaf parsley, white truffle oil about a tsp and dry porcini powder about 2 g. and you are done with the ingredients.
Firstly, boil water in a container and add the penne pasta with some salt for about 7 minutes and then blanch the pasta. Put it aside and then begin with making sauce for the pasta. This sauce is called mushroom sauce and adds the whole flavor to pasta. So take a pan and heat olive oil and cook the garlic for some time. Then add brandy and put the flame to high this time so as to burn it up. Then add up the porcini mushrooms with the stock and cook them along with garlic and brandy.
Keep the flame on medium while doing so. Add butter, extra virgin oil and cream to it after removing it from the flame and then the pasta that you just prepared. Then add the cheese.
