Recipe for Japanese salad

Japanese salad is one of the most widely consumed salad because of its nutritional qualities. With the presence of healthy ingredients and a very less preparation time, it has become a very popular salad. If you do not know how to make it at home then here is the recipe.

As for the ingredients,
you would require sesame seed about ¼ c, 1 lb cooked small shrimp, ½ lb of linguine (make sure you cut it into half), some green onions which must be sliced neatly, ¼ c of sesame oil, same quantity of olive oil, 1/3 c of soy sauce, ½ lb sliced mushrooms, ½ c of white wine, 2 tsp pf ginger (grated), 4 garlic cloves, 3 eggs and finally seaweed about 1 tb. Carefully put all the ingredients in a clean bowl and then start with the making process using them all.

For preparation, take the sesame seeds and put them in oven to toast them. When it is done, keep them aside.
Then in a pan, boil some water to cook the noodles for about 7 minutes. Blanch the noodles once they boil and allow them to dry. Once you are done with the process, keep noodles in a bowl.

Meanwhile, take the green onions and shrimp in a separate bowl and mix them up thoroughly. In a pan, heat the sesame oil and the olive oil mixed together and heat them. Add mushrooms and cook them for about 5 minutes and then add to the mixture of green onions and shrimp. Then in another bowl, add sesame seed, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, oil and sake and blend them well. Put it in refrigerator for about 2 hours. Then take the eggs and beat them and mix in the seaweeds. In oil, cook this mixture for several minutes and then with them, make pancakes. Then finally, take all the prepared things and put them in plate nicely.
