First cut the smoked salmon to slices and keep them.
Tear off the assorted lettuce i.e. lollo rosso and iceberg and let it soak in chilled water for fifteen minutes. Drain it now and keep to one side. Now take the sweet potato, peel them off and cut them into fine slices. Deep fry them in the oil.
Once you are done with frying, arrange or keep the salmon slices on a platter. Now make a salad using the lettuce, onions, olives, parsley, caper and crispy sweet potatoes on a platter. Mix the black pepper with the olive oil and sprinkle it evenly over the salad. Garnish the dish with chive and lemon wedges.
