Cut the chocolate in to chunks in order to obtain chocolate chips and keep it aside.
Add half cup butter, half cup agave, half cup water, one egg, quarter cup almond milk and one teaspoon vanilla extract into a blender. Blend the entire contents at medium speed for about a minute and keep aside.
Mix the flour with baking soda and add them to the blender and blend with the other ingredients at slow pace for about two minutes. After this, add the chocolate chunks into the flour mixture and mix well with a spatula till the batter attains a thick consistency.

Since agave nectar is used as a substitute for sugar, the batter may become slightly wet. If so add little more flour to balance the consistency of the batter. Also instead of substituting the sugar with agave nectar alone, you can reduce the quantity of agave nectar and add some quantity of stevia.
