Your Diet Can Make or Break Your Health

We intend to take up dieting in order to reduce the extra fat or weight. But simply not having food alone will not help it. For dieting and reducing the extra fat you need to have a proper diet. If there are some inconsistencies in your diet, it will surely affect your health worse than what a little weight would have had. Although we think we are smart enough to live on with our daily diet routine little does we understand what mistakes we are following in our diet intake.

Some of the mistakes in our diet are as follows:

Saying ‘No’ to breakfast:  Skipping your breakfast is the major fault in our diet taking. Experts say that those who skip breakfast inorder to lessen some more calories might end up eating more calories than your breakfast. It is the first meal of your day and make sure you have it although not in a large scale manner.

Use of liquid calories: We always use a large quantity of liquid calories in our daily life. But little do we understand the fact that this liquid, most of it goes out of our body. This liquid calorie does not do anything to satisfy our hunger. But what it does in the long run is to increase our weight.

Don’t stay hungry: Don’t put yourself in a position by having no food at all. What happens next is that, when you have food next time, you make it a point to have large amount of food to make up the loss. This results in loss of what ever calories you burned out.

Taking up junk food: Another major mistake is taking up of junk food for the easiness of it. But it gives major blow in the long run by making us susceptible to many diseases.

Do have enough calories: Make sure that you have the enough calories a man should have for the proper functioning of his body. If you are not taking the adequate amount of calorie it will result in less metabolic rate of your body.

Have enough water: Your body requires 60% water for its functioning. It should be given for the body but not in way of beverages or liquid calories but as water itself.
